  7. Installation
  8. ------------
  9. You can unzip the archive to any folder on your hard disk. The latest version of MSVM 2.0 must be 
  10. installed before you attempt to run HVS Animator (see below). HVS ColorGIF 2.0 users will find detailed 
  11. instructions on using Animator with ColorGIF in the HVS Animator manual, included in HTML format. 
  12. For your convenience, a copy of the HVS ColorGIF manual is included and linked from the Animator 
  13. manual.

  15. About Java
  16. ----------
  17. HVS Animator is written in 100% Java. Java requires a shareable runtime library to be able to run 
  18. applications on a given computer. HVS Animator/Win was built with Microsoft's Java runtime, Microsoft 
  19. Virtual Machine for Java (MSVM). If you don't have MSVM on your system you MUST install it for HVS 
  20. Animator to work. You can download MRJ from the following URL:

  24. HVS Animator Pro
  25. ----------------
  26. Included in this package is demo that will allow you to try all the features of HVS Animator Pro for 15 
  27. days. After the trial period you can re-enable the advanced optimization features in HVS Animator by 
  28. purchasing HVS Animator Pro. Click on the Register button, and a dialog box will come up with your 
  29. serial number. You must pay your $79 registration fee ($49 for registered HVS ColorGIF users) and 
  30. receive an unlocking key -- after entering the key, the additional features will be enabled. You can get 
  31. your unlocking key by email (info@digfrontiers.com) by phone (847-328-0880), or at our secure web 
  32. server ( http://www.digfrontiers.com/unlock.html ).
